The electronic complaints book, created following the changes made by Decree-Law 74/2017, of 21 June, to Decree-Law 156/2005, of 15 September, which establishes the legal regime for the complaints book, to consumers and users who wish to submit complaints in a dematerialized form, exercising their right to complain electronically.
