BRICOPOR, Unipessoal Lda. legal person nº 509825354, headquartered at Zona Industrial I, Lote 19A, 3060-197 CANTANHEDE, hereinafter BRICOPOR, collects and processes personal data from its Customers, such as:

Tax Identification Number
Geographic location
Telephone numbers, landline and mobile
Email address (email)
The processing of personal data of BRICOPOR Customers is its responsibility, consisting of an operation or a set of operations carried out on that personal data, by automated or non-automated means.

According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, any BRICOPOR customer has the right to:

a) at any time, withdraw or change the consent given to BRICOPOR for the processing of your personal data, with effect for the future
b) after withdrawing the consent given to BRICOPOR, stop being contacted for the purpose of promotional, marketing and/or advertising communications
c) request information about your personal data at any time
d) change any of your personal data provided
e) delete or request the deletion of your personal data, which are not necessary for the fulfillment of any legal obligations of BRICOPOR, namely for the purposes of security and/or legal or contractual guarantee
f) be informed by BRICOPOR, if it, eventually, intends to proceed with the processing of your personal data for purposes other than those for which you hereby grant your consent

BRICOPOR and its data protection officer will not use your personal data to send you any unsolicited mail whose content has not received your explicit consent.

BRICOPOR guarantees that your data will be used solely and exclusively by us through our platform www.bricopor.com and will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or assigned to any other entity, for any reason, without your express consent.

The communication of personal data does not constitute any legal obligation, however it is necessary for the proper execution of the purchase and sale contracts entered into between BRICOPOR and its customers, given that non-consent to the processing of such data does not prevent the conclusion of these same contracts.

It follows from the above that the personal data of BRICOPOR's customers may be subject to automated treatment in order to adapt promotional, marketing and/or advertising communications to this data.

BRICOPOR will keep the personal data of its customers for the period necessary to carry out contacts and commercial transactions, respective invoicing and compliance with legal obligations.

The new Privacy Policy at BRICOPOR comes into force on May 24, 2018.
In this sense, after that date, the use of our services presupposes the acceptance of the privacy and confidentiality policies and practices.
